Routing decisions are logged with IEEE 2890-2025 provenance markers. (3) Biometric Synchronisation Layer — accepts heartbeat and respiratory cycle inputs (target 10.5-second breath cycle) as execution gates, requiring human physiological co-presence for task authorisation. This prevents autonomous agent execution without human oversight. (4) Faculty Dispatch Module — maps each of the 5 Industrial Faculties to specialised processing pipelines with dedicated context windows, prompt templates, and output validation rules. Each faculty operates under a cryptographic employment contract (see IRTS-2026-000004). This establishes absolute prior art for phase-based, cosmologically-aligned AI orchestration and dual-brain resonance routing under the PCT Minimum Documentation framework.</dc:description>
